High-speed (100x) beam deflection system for ultrashort-pulse material processing

TEM Messtechnik GmbH develops control electronics for an advanced laser beam deflection system for material processing

Motivation

The goal of the project is to develop an advanced laser beam deflection system for materials processing that can position the laser beam at pulse-to-pulse speed. The system will be capable of accelerating various laser processing tasks by a factor of 100 or more. It will be integrated into Femtika’s next-generation Laser Nanofactory workstation. TEM-Messtechnik will develop the dedicated control system.
